MiConv (miconv.com) is a free, cloud-based file conversion service. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use MiConv for both personal and business-related file conversions.
• You may not use MiConv to upload or convert files that are illegal, harmful, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws.
• Automated or abusive use of the service may be limited or blocked at our discretion.
• The service allows conversion of up to 120 files per hour per user. Attempting to exceed this limit will result in an error.
• The maximum file size allowed per upload is 75 MB.

3. File Handling

• Uploaded files are processed securely on our cloud servers.
• We do not access, view, or analyze the contents of your files.
• Only you have access to your uploaded and converted files – they are never shared or exposed to others.
• Input files are deleted immediately after conversion is complete. Output files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 2 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the MiConv website, technology, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any files you upload or convert using the service.

5. Third-Party Links

MiConv may include links to third-party websites such as Wikipedia, LifeWire, or others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of information on those sites, and we do not endorse them. Your use of any third-party websites is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free conversion, or that the output will meet your expectations. All conversions depend on the technical limitations of the file formats involved.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiConv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, business interruption, or file corruption.

8. Account Termination and Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to MiConv for any user at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or misuse of the service.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the MiConv service or any part of it at any time without liability or prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
